The company operates a camping resort, cottage village, glamping accommodations, and a wide range of leisure activities, as well as the popular Leksand Sommarland amusement and water park."

Niveau2 has been commissioned by Tekniska verken i Linköping to create and design office-adapted activity areas in Linköping.

Tekniska verken i Linköping is a municipally owned energy company providing essential public services within electricity, district heating, water, waste management, broadband, and biogas. The company was founded in 1902 and plays an important role in the development of sustainable energy and environmental solutions in the Östergötland region."

NIVEAU2 has been commissioned by SkiStar AB to develop the commercial kitchen facilities in the Sälen mountain region.

SkiStar AB is a Swedish publicly listed company operating some of Scandinavia’s largest ski resorts and mountain destinations. Founded in 1975, the company has operations in destinations including Sälen, Åre, Vemdalen, Trysil, and Hemsedal. SkiStar offers alpine skiing, accommodation, ski rental services, ski schools, and year-round activities for both private guests and corporate clients."

Niveau2 has been commissioned by Saab Bofors Dynamics in Karlskoga to develop and design security-classified office facilities in Karlskoga.

Saab AB operates within the defense industry and has historical roots in Bofors. Saab Bofors Dynamics develops advanced weapon systems and defense technologies, including anti-tank weapons and missile systems.

Scan Fastigheter AB is a Swedish real estate company headquartered in Skara. The company focuses on owning and managing properties, as well as handling services and equipment related to commercial facilities. The company has historical ties to the food industry group Scan and is today part of the Lantmännen group through Scan Sverige AB.
